- What happens when my Travel Pass expires?
- You automatically revert to the free plan. Your saved booklets are not deleted.
- Does the Travel Pass auto-renew?
- No — it's a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. If you'd like to continue after expiry, simply repurchase or switch to a monthly or annual plan.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Cancel before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds. We recommend trying the free plan (3 itinerary generations) before purchasing.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual via the Stripe customer portal. The Travel Pass is a one-time purchase and does not appear in the portal.
- How is payment and billing handled?
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored by SHIOLER. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after each payment.
