1. About SHIOLER
SHIOLER is an AI-powered Japan travel itinerary service. Enter your destination, dates, and preferences, and AI will automatically generate a travel itinerary (shiori). By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 13 may only use the service under parental supervision.
3. Your Account
You can use the service with a Google account, email address, or anonymously (without logging in). If you register an account while using the service anonymously, your previously created shiori will be automatically transferred to your new account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact support@shioler.com immediately.
4. Paid Plans and Payments
We offer the following paid plans: · Trip Pass (¥480 / one-time): Generate itineraries multiple times for 7 days from purchase · Monthly Plan (¥980 / month): Auto-renewing monthly subscription · Annual Plan (¥6,800 / year): Auto-renewing annual subscription [Auto-Renewal] Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the expiration date. [Cancellation] Web users can cancel via the customer portal. iOS users can cancel via App Store subscription settings. You may continue using the service until the end of your paid period. [Refunds] Payments made via the web (Stripe) are generally non-refundable. Please contact support@shioler.com for questions. Payments made via iOS (App Store) are subject to Apple's refund policy.
5. Usage Limits
Free plan users are subject to a daily limit on AI itinerary generation. Paid plans offer higher limits. We may adjust usage limits to maintain service stability.
6. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries generated by this service are created by AI and may not be fully accurate, current, or complete. Before traveling, always verify opening hours, transportation schedules, and prices independently. We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.
7. Shiori Sharing
Users may share their shiori with third parties via a shared link. You are responsible for the content you share. Sharing content that infringes on third-party rights or violates applicable laws is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: · Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or overload our systems · Harass or harm other users · Submit false information or create fraudulent accounts · Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes or resale · Violate any applicable laws or these Terms
9. Intellectual Property
The design, systems, and brand of SHIOLER are our property. Itinerary data you generate is yours to use and share freely.
10. Account Deletion
When you delete your account, all your shiori, photos, profile information, and payment information will be permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be restored. Web subscriptions are automatically cancelled upon account deletion.
11. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuity, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for damages arising from use of this service is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
